You have an Instagram and/or TikTok presence and enjoy creating authentic, creative content for your followers.

You're a Natural Connector

People trust your recommendations. You love sharing great finds with your friend group, sorority, dorm, or team.,

You're Reliable & Motivated

You follow through on commitments and are excited to show up — whether online or at campus events.

What You'll Do


We keep it simple so you can focus on what you love — creating and connecting.

  1. 2 posts/month on Instagram or TikTok featuring Let's Glow Girls PSU content
  2. Share your referral code and encourage friends to book appointments
  3. Attend 2 events per semester — pop-ups, photoshoots, or salon nights
  4. Monthly report — just a few screenshots of your posts and metrics
  5. Stay reachable — respond to our messages within 48 hours
  6. Represent us authentically — be yourself, stay positive, and have fun

How to Join

Your Path to Glowing Up


From application to first post — here's exactly what to expect.

Step One

Fill Out the Application

Complete the short form below — it takes about 5 minutes. Tell us who you are, what you love about beauty, and share your social handles so we can get a feel for your vibe.


Step Two

Application Review

Our team reviews all applications within 5–7 business days. We look at your passion, authenticity, and campus presence — not your follower count.


Step Three

Brief Meet & Greet

Selected applicants will be invited for a quick 15-minute coffee chat (virtual or in person) so we can connect, answer your questions, and make sure it's a great fit.


Step Four

Sign Your Agreement & Onboard

Once accepted, you'll sign your Brand Ambassador Agreement, receive your referral code, brand kit, and official welcome package. Then you're ready to glow!


Step Five

Start Glowing — and Getting Paid

Book your first complimentary service, start posting, share your code, and enjoy every perk that comes with being part of the Let's Glow Girls PSU family.
